Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am – 1pm
We are currently on the lookout for a Parts Call Centre Advisor to join our client’s company, based in Diss. If you are an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor and would like a new challenge within a different company – then please apply today!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Establishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
* Maintaining a strong working relationship with the manufacturer.
* Discussing relevant promotions and offers to customers.
* Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
Your background & skill:
* Previous experience working in an automotive parts operation is essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work towards deadlines.
* Confident and professional.
