Parts Centre Manager required for Automotive Parts Retailer located in Brighton.
The salary on offer for this Parts Centre Manager is £55000.
Benefits:
Basic Salary: £55,000
On Target Earnings: Up to £10,000
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Only
Company Car ProvidedSpecification:
Strong automotive parts management experience.
Background in a sales environment with vehicle manufacturers or automotive parts retailers (preferred).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Sales-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.Responsibilities:
Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
Create and maintain a customer-centric culture.
Devise sales strategies and implement departmental goals.
Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take corrective action when needed.
Develop and implement Personal Development Plans for team members.
Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including warranty processes.
Analyse market data and develop sales opportunities.
