Parts Manager
Reading (Berkshire)
£44,000 /annum OTE, basic salary £34,000 plus company car.
This is a great opportunity for a Parts Manager looking for a new challenge to join our client's Franchised Car Dealership based in Reading (Berkshire).
As Parts Manager you will:
· Have responsibility for the running of the Parts department.
· Maintain, monitor, control, and improve where necessary, all routine processes.
· Monitor stock, turnover and profitability levels.
· Provide accurate forecasts on performance to senior managers.
The Successful Applicant
· Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
· Keen attention to detail, methodical in approach with a drive for quality.
· To have a customer orientated approach to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
