Parts Sales Advisor – Main Dealer Parts Hub (Guildford area)
💰 £29,000 – £31,000 basic + £4,000 bonus
📍 Office-based | Full-time | Team of 6
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Guildford-based Main Dealer Parts Hub.
You’ll be joining a supportive team of 6, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills with a respected brand, while enjoying excellent earning potential and strong team spirit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling inbound parts enquiries from trade and retail customers
* Identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering great service
* Working closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in parts sales, automotive retail, or a customer service role
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
What’s on offer:
* £29,000 – £31,000 basic + £4,000 annual bonus
* Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00–5:30, then 8:30–6:00 on rota), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30–1:00)
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays
