Parts Sales Advisor
Location: Coventry
Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus

Our client is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Parts Sales Advisor to join their team and play a key role in supporting parts sales across multiple channels. This is your chance to work with a respected brand and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 What You'll Do
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to support parts sales and service
* Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and order placement
* Provide technical support for complex parts queries
* Process customer returns and issue credit notes
* Communicate order statuses, including managing backorders
* Support wider business operations as required

Who You'll Work With
* A variety of customers including retail, wholesale, and eCommerce
* Internal teams including technical support, warehouse, and finance

What You'll Bring
* Experience in a busy parts sales environment (essential)
* GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
* City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification or similar (desirable, not essential)

Skills You'll Need
* Familiarity with systems like BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP (desirable)
* Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask, stay organised, and remain customer-focused under pressure
