Job Description
We're hiring for a Parts & Sales Coordinator to join a forward-thinking engineering business at their modern site in Leamington Spa.
If you’ve got a knack for technical problem-solving, a background in sales, and the ability to read mechanical or electrical drawings — this role will give you the chance to make a genuine impact in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment.
What’s on offer?
* £27,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

What will you be doing as a Parts & Sales Coordinator?
* Managing incoming parts enquiries and providing customers with technical sales support
* Identifying parts via drawings and system references
* Coordinating with engineers, service teams, and international suppliers
* Processing orders, creating invoices, and updating internal systems
* Maintaining stock levels and processing warranty claims
* Supporting the wider operations team with goods in/out and admin
What do you need?
* Previous sales or internal sales experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident working with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (D365 experience is a bonus)
* Ability to read mechanical, electrical, or parts drawings (desirable)
* Experience in an engineering or technical environment (ideal)
