Automotive Parts Supervisor
Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire, South East Region)

£32,850 basic plus bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor to join a well-established franchised dealer group in the Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire, South East Region) area. The Role

As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and supporting the parts team to achieve targets
Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels effectively
Driving parts sales to both trade and retail customers
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximise revenue
Ensuring accurate administration, reporting, and data management
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
Upholding high standards of Health & Safety and operational processesAbout You

Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or senior parts professional within the automotive industry
Experience within a franchised dealership or motor factor environment preferred
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Process-driven with a keen eye for detail
Commercially aware with a focus on driving sales and performance
