Role: Passenger Assistant
Location: Ealing/Westminster
Hours: 3-4 hours daily, Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.21- £13.85

As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of children to and from school. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance and support to young passengers during their journey.

The Duties of Passenger Assistant:
* Secure passengers and mobility aids safely within the vehicle, following established protocols and procedures.
* Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking vehicles, including wheelchair users and individuals with mobility aids.
* Communicate and monitor effectively with passengers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance and support.
* Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of transportation services.
* Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing passenger transportation, including health and safety guidelines and disability discrimination laws.
Requirements of Passenger Assistant:
* PATS certification preferred but not essential (please request details of training sessions available when contacted)
* Enhanced DBS is a must
* Buccal Midazolam training is preferred but not essential
