Project Manager – Passive Fire Protection
 Yorkshire 

 Are you an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager looking for a role with autonomy, stability, and a strong flow of work?
 This is an opportunity to join a well-established fire compliance specialist delivering key projects across Yorkshire.

 The Role 
You’ll take full ownership of passive fire projects from pre-start to completion across:

Fire Doors
Fire Stopping
Fire Dampers
Smoke Control SystemsThis is a client-facing role—managing expectations and maintaining relationships is key.

 Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to compliance standards
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Manage customer expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
Ensure all works meet current fire safety regulations
Monitor progress, quality, and commercial performance
Handover projects smoothly to completionWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects
Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, dampers, etc.
Confident client-facing
Organised, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
Able to run multiple projects simultaneously
