Job Description
EA Associates are working with a well-respected passive fire protection company based in Essex. They work on new build and refurbishment schemes, delivering installation and remedial solutions for passive fire compartmentation and fire doors. They have a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for quality and safety.
About the Role:
You will take a supervisory and surveying role, making sure all work meets the required standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Carrying out surveys on passive fire protection and fire door projects
• Supervising installation and remedial works to meet compliance requirements
• Managing teams on site and ensuring safe working practices
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Preparing reports and keeping accurate project records
Key Requirements:
• Experience in passive fire protection or fire door installation and remedial work
• Understanding of current fire safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience supervising or surveying within construction
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to sites in London, Essex and the Home Counties
Benefits and Pay:
• £250 to £275 per shift depending on experience
• Long-term opportunity with the option for self-employment or PAYE.
