Job Description

Pastoral Manager This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about promoting positive behaviour, attendance and welfare across school. Starting ASAP, you will join a successful team in a growing and supportive school, part of an established MAT. You must have strong track record in behaviour management and ideally supporting students with SEMH needs. Pastoral Manager Location: Manchester Contract: Permanent Pastoral Manager - role and responsibilities: · Ensure the schools behaviour policy is managed effectively and supports all pupils, including those with SEMH/SEND. · Develop and monitor personalised behaviour support plans for pupils in collaboration with other members of staff. · Support the development of individualised interventions for students at risk of exclusion, ensuring appropriate support is in place to help them. · Track and monitor pupil behaviour patterns. · Work closely with parents/carers to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour at home and in school. · Support the leadership team in the development of a school culture that promotes inclusion, emotional well-being, and positive behaviour.
