Support restorative conversations and interventions
*
Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies where required
✅ Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people in a pastoral, mentoring, or support capacity (school-based experience desirable)
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust with students
*
Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
*
A team player, committed to supporting the school’s ethos and safeguarding policies
