Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and educators, you will support students aged 5-19 through both academic and emotional challenges. You will play a vital role in promoting positive mental health, supporting behaviour management, and helping to implement therapeutic strategies.

Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Ideal for: Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology Graduates or anyone wanting to support children with mental health needsThe Pastoral Support Worker role will allow you to gain experience with Autism, ADHD, Trauma, and Emotional Regulation while working closely with experienced Psychologists, SENCOs and Mental Health Professionals.
