Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join a well-established hospitality venue based in the NR9 area. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods
* Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials in line with the venue’s style
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and kitchen procedures
* Manage stock, ordering, and cost control relevant to the pastry section
* Work collaboratively within the kitchen team to support smooth service
About You
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
* Strong creativity and attention to detail
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and passion for producing high-quality desserts
