Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients
Prepare pastry doughs, laminations, fillings, creams, and custards
Uphold high food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Keep a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of food safety practices
Excellent manual skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
