Then please do read on… We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Patent Administration Team Leader to lead a busy support team within our clients leading IP law firm in Cambridge. In this role, you’ll manage daily workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure a consistently high level of service delivery. You’ll be responsible for training and supporting team members, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining strong communication across departments. This position would suit someone with a natural ability to lead and motivate others, who’s comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar team leadership or coordination role, within a Patent support department will be highly valued.
