We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist school in Addlestone. The school supports children with Autism and profound multiple learning difficulties, offering personal care and a range of therapies, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
Pathological Demand Avoidance – Learning Support Assistant

What You’ll Do:
* Support children with PDA and Autism in one-to-one or small group settings.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in SEN or education (helpful but not essential – full training provided).
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
