Successful candidates must come from a GP or hospital type medical background, ideally a minimum of 1 year.

Your Role:
As a Patient Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Patient Records: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient information.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with patients and staff to manage appointments efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional support to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Administrative Duties: Assist with general office tasks, data entry, and maintaining organised files.
