Patient Booker Wanted!
Based in Shrewsbury
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
Short-term temporary contract (June start)
Standard DBS Required
As a Patient Booker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need. Your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families!
You will receive training on any systems used within the role.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Endoscopy booking is a plus.
Cheerful Attitude: A positive, can-do spirit that brightens the workplace and enhances the patient experience!
Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when handling patient information and scheduling.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset that fosters a supportive workplace culture.What You'll Be Doing:
Booking Appointments: Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all necessary information is collected.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our patients, addressing their queries and concerns with warmth and professionalism.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules and optimise patient flow.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our systems.
