Job Description
Senior Salmon are working with a local employer of choice to find the next member of the team in their Accounts Department.
We are looking for a candidate to perform Payroll and Accounts payable duties within our clients Manufacturing Facility in Somercotes:
Duties will include
• Preparing and entering payroll Information for 2 monthly payrolls for 300+ employees
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Credit control duties including chasing Debtors and reconciling payments.
• Posting of sales receipts and allocation cash on customer accounts.
• Registering debit notes in the system for approval by departments
• Raising manual sales invoices and credit notes for customers.
• Preparation of month end reporting.
• Preparation of account reconciliations.
• Entering Purchase Invoices into the system in preparation for 3 way matching
• Statement Reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Generating payment proposals in multiple currencies
• Dealing with internal invoicing and GRN queries
