Role: Experienced Payroll Administrator
Location: Brighton (office-based with some hybrid flexibility)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours Monday-Friday (minimum 30 hours / 4 days considered)
Pay: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum (DOE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Payroll Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established and growing organisation offering a supportive team environment and strong development opportunities, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
Strong numerical and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Competent Excel user
Ability to work methodically and manage a busy workload
Confident communicator across all mediums with colleagues and clients
Comfortable problem solving and using own initiative
IT-savvy and confident learning new systems
Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise effectively
Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths & English
Legal right to work in the UK
The Role:
Process end-to-end payroll across a range of client accounts
Maintain and update payroll records accurately
Calculate part-month pay and holiday entitlements
Manage statutory payments
Process P45s and associated payroll documentation
Liaise with clients, resolving payroll queries and providing clear explanations
Administer pension schemes across multiple providers
Work with payroll software including Sage, STAR and Xero
