Payroll Administrator - Doncaster - Up to £32,000 + 10% Bonus - Permanent Are you someone who's confident working with timesheets, collating payroll data, and supporting payroll processes - but not necessarily a payroll expert? If that sounds like you, this could be a great next step. We're partnering with a well-established business in Doncaster that's looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team. It's a permanent role, and they're keen to find someone who's organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working with data. This role would be ideal for someone who's previously supported payroll by gathering timesheet information, preparing data for processing, or working closely with an outsourced payroll provider. You don't need to have full end-to-end payroll experience - just a solid understanding of how payroll works and a proactive approach. 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (40 hours per week) 💸 Salary & Benefits: £32,000 per year 10% annual bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays 📌 What You'll Be Doing: Collecting and preparing payroll data to send to the external payroll provider Setting up new starters on the payroll system Running reports for starters and leavers Calculating commissions and deductions Supporting the HR team with general admin tasks ✅ What We're Looking For: Experience working with payroll data or timesheets Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills Comfortable using Excel and payroll systems Able to work independently and as part of a teamIf you're looking for a role where you can grow your payroll experience in a supportive environment - without needing to be a payroll expert - we'd love to hear from you. 📨 Apply now or get in touch for a chat to find out more!
