Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll/Accounts Administrator to support our busy weekly Payroll team with payroll and accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone seeking for an entry-level opportunity to build a career in Accounting & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
  * Processing timesheets from multiple customers.
  * Accurate data entry of hours from customer timesheets into Weekly Timesheet Excel sheet.
  * Assisting with preparing invoices for customers with various hours and various rates.
  * Adding New Starters onto the Payroll System.
  * Accurate Data entry of correct hours and rates onto our Payroll system (SAGE 50 Payroll)
  * Answering agency worker queries through email.
  * Liasing with Admin team regarding any timesheet queries
  * Any Adhoc Tasks including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and credit control as required by senior team members.
Person Specification:
  * Attention to detail
  * Good communication skills both oral and written
  * Accurate Data entry skills
  * MS office skills WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL
  * Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  * Experience in SAGE 50 Payroll, XERO Payroll would be advantageous not essential.
  * Experience in any accounting software such as SAGE, QUICKBOOKS or XERO would be advantageous not essential.
  * Studying towards AAT or CIPP qualification would be advantageous not essential
