DCS Recruitment are a UK based recruitment specialist based in Manchester City Centre, we are hiring for a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and successful team!

🔍 What you'll be doing
Process high volumes of timesheets for CIS, PAYE, and Umbrella workers
Input and validate payroll data accurately and efficiently
Handle queries related to pay, hours, and discrepancies with confidence
Register new starters and ensure timely setup
Provide clear payroll guidance to contractors and colleagues
Ensure timesheet deadlines are consistently met
🧾 What you'll need
Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data
Experience in recruitment or umbrella payroll is a big plus
Able to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
High attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude
