Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Brighton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to support a busy HR and payroll function.
Duties will include:
• Managing incoming enquiries via the reward inbox, telephone, and face-to-face
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Handling annual leave queries and maintaining accurate employee records
• Recording pay and benefits data on internal systems and archiving in line with statutory requirements
• Administering monthly timesheets and related documentation
• Supporting ongoing projects
• Assisting with onboarding and ensuring new starter data is submitted accurately and on time
• Drafting and sending letters related to reward and benefits
• Carrying out other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager
