Are you an experienced & ambitious Payroll Professional ready to take on a new exciting challenge? We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the energy sector who are seeking a Payroll & benefits Specialist on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
Reporting into HR & working closely with finance teams & external payroll providers, this role will take full control of the payroll function covering 20 global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiling and submitting monthly charges for each regions payroll to the outsourced providers, ensuring deadlines are met
Check all payroll reports and identify errors
Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle calender
Manage benefits schemes on a global scale
Manage pension schemes
Provide suggestions for enhancements and improvements
Manage benefit renewals
Involvement in global payroll projectsExperience required:
Proven expeirence of processing multiple global payrolls
Ability to manage the payroll function on a stand alone basis
Expeirence of management of benefits & pensions
Excellent stakeholder management & experience of collaborating with multiple third party providers
Project/implementation experience is desirable
