The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment for employees in the industrial and manufacturing sector. This temp to perm role is fully office based, with flexible working.

Description
Process payroll for 120 monthly paid employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
Address payroll-related queries from employees and management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and laws.
Prepare and distribute payslips and other payroll documentation.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts.
Assist in audits and reporting related to payroll activities.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.Profile
A successful Payroll Clerk should have:
Proficiency in Sage payroll
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing payroll processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesJob Offer
An hourly rate of £15-18 per hour, when salaried the salary could go up to £35,000
