What You'll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple clients
Handling payroll queries including tax codes, deductions, and statutory payments
Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, pensions, GDPR, year-end reporting)
Prioritising and delivering accurate payrolls under tight deadlines
Communicating confidently with clients and HMRC
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team cultureWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a multi-client or payroll bureau setting
Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycircle, Sage, Xero, or similar
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
