Are you an experienced & ambitious payroll professional looking for a new challenge? We are pleased to be working with a fantastic professional services organisation who are currently hiring a permanent Payroll Coordinator.
Reporting into the Benefits Manager, this role will work within a small and supportive team responsible for end to end payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the payroll team in the processing of a UK & small EMEA payroll
Processing new starters, leavers and salary deductions
Calculating salary increases, holiday, sick and maternity pay
Process monthly benefit files for BIK tax deductions
Liaise with HMRC as necessary
Liaise with key stakeholders, HR & Finance
Resolving payroll related queries
Auto enrolment duties
Experience required:
Excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation, ideally gained within a professional services or similar environment
Proficiency with payroll software (ADP being highly desirable)
Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups/Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
This role offers flexibility for hybrid working, with 4 days a week in their London offices and 1 day WFH. Working hours are 9:30-5:30 and benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, private healthcare, 25 days annual leave & free breakfast & lunch onsite.
