Dedicate Recruitment are proud to be supporting a respected national specialist college and residential care provider, in the appointment of a Payroll Manager to join their small and dedicated Payroll Team based at the main campus in Mansfield.
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Payroll Manager who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment. If you have high standards of accuracy and are passionate about delivering an outstanding level of service to staff, we would love to hear from you.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the charity and its two subsidiaries, covering approximately 650 staff. Duties include:
* Collating and maintaining payroll information in line with statutory requirements.
* Managing monthly payroll submissions across multiple systems (Cascade and Moneysoft).
* Processing payments, deductions, and pension contributions, including auto-enrolment and opt-outs.
* Preparing and submitting monthly reports to HMRC, RTIs, and year-end documentation such as P60s and P11Ds.
* Responding to staff and external queries promptly and professionally.
* Producing payroll and financial reports and liaising with the People and Finance teams to meet key deadlines.
The successful Payroll Manager will have:
* A Level 5 CIPP qualification (or equivalent) with a solid track record in end-to-end payroll experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll, tax, and compliance regulations.
* Excellent accuracy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage your workload effectively while supporting colleagues within a small, collaborative team.
