Wakefield, Interim, 3 months, Temp-to-Perm potential - £60,000-£70,000 DOE

The Role
As Payroll Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for multiple sites across the world, including Europe, Middle East & Asia. You'll ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, compliance with HMRC & local regulations, and provide strategic insight to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process monthly payroll for over 500+ employees and
Oversee pension contributions, benefits, and statutory deductions
Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and reporting requirements
Liaise with HR and Finance to streamline payroll and reporting processes
Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and audits
Implement improvements to payroll systems and proceduresWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience managing payroll in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance
Experience with payroll software (e.g. ADP Celego)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for the arts is a plus!What They Offer
