Key Responsibilities:
Organise and manage weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and pensions, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed accurately.
Help grow the business by promoting payroll services via social media, blogs, networking events, and client presentations.
Ensure the payroll team delivers excellent customer service.
Monitor team performance, addressing any training or improvement needs.
Motivate and manage the team to meet deadlines.
Understand each payrolls needs and make sure expectations are met.
Support the team with technical issues and training when needed.
Keep up with payroll legislation changes and share updates with colleagues and clients.
Represent the business professionally to build strong relationships and networks.

Take part in training and development to stay effective in your role.
