Growing Payroll Department
I'm working with an established accountancy based in the Dumfries area looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their growing team. You'll lead from the front, driving a high performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high performance payroll service to their growing client base.
Train, Develop and Mentor a team of Payroll Specialists.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Requirements:
Experience managing a payroll team.
Technical expertise within UK payroll.
Strong payroll software skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead an experienced payroll team and drive new standards for their clients.
