Payroll Analyst
£20-22 per hour

Job Overview
You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Pension
Moving to a different payroll provider
Irish prep for Ireland Auto Enrolment Go Live 1st Jan
Work Schedules
All staff work hours are mapped to their profiles.
Unit 4 Issues
Post Payroll
Reports
Analysis
Informing the depts of the results
Sickness/Absence Reporting
Payroll Benefit In Kind- Go Live for April 2026
PSA data and analysis
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Experience working with various pension providers
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with benefits administration
High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
Experience working on various projects.
Experience using Agresso.
A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
Experience with excel and spreadsheets
