Job Title: Payroll Specialist
💷 Salary: Up to £30,000 + benefits
🏡 Working Structure: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
📍 Location: Leicestershire
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for 2,000+ employees
Manage starters, leavers, salary changes and adjustments
Administer deductions, benefits and HMRC submissions
Reconcile payroll and assist with month/year-end reporting
Provide first-line payroll support to employees, ensuring excellent service
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience in payroll (high-volume, in-house desirable)
Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
CIPP qualified (or working towards)
Familiarity with Zellis/Resourcelink (advantageous, not essential)
