What will the Payroll Specialist role involve?
Process monthly payrolls for UK and EU countries
Collaborate with key departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve queries
Maintain payroll records, support audits, and stay up-to-date with local legislation
Provide payroll reporting and analytics to inform strategic business decisions
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Specialist vacancy:
Proven experience in multi-country payroll processing
Strong understanding of local payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Proficient in payroll systems and Excel
Workday or ADP experience would be advantageous
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
