PCB Assembler
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £25,480 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
Hand print solder paste and hand place electronic components
Solder thru-hole components to a high standard
Inspect and verify assembled products to ensure quality and compliance
Interpret technical documents and specifications
Assist with problem-solving and support production and quality processes
Communicate effectively with team members and customers when required
What We're Looking For
Experience working with PCBs is essential
Confident in hand placement and soldering techniques
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer literacy and ability to interpret technical data
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What's On Offer
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing by one day each year (up to 25 days total)
Christmas Shutdown: Company closes between Christmas and New Year (3 days taken from holiday allowance)
