Mon-Fri – 37h (1pm finish every Friday)

As a PCB Assembler, you will play an integral role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of advanced electrical systems used in defence technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that have real-world impact and contribute to national security.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Prepare and assemble units / PCB’s (including soldering) in accordance with detailed work instruction sheets, customer specific drawings and specifications
* Verify that routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets are being followed for all activities
* Ensure compliance to the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental procedures
* Become proficient in relevant procedures and processes
* Apply a professional and conscious approach in your day-to-day operations
Experience:
Previous experience in PCB assembly, preferably in the defence or aerospace industries.
Skills:
* Proficient in soldering techniques
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
