PCB Technician | Ferndown | up to £14ph Are you an experienced PCB Technician looking to take ownership of complex builds and contribute to cutting-edge electronics manufacturing? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking business where your skills in prototype assembly, rework, and modifications will make a real impact — all while enjoying a 4-day working week.   As a PCB Technician, you will benefit from: A 4-day working week 6 weeks holiday plus additional holiday accrual every 2 years Company pension scheme with contributions up to 10% Life insurance after 2 years’ service Free parking and cycle-to-work scheme Provided ESD jacket and shoes, plus company shirts As a PCB Technician, your responsibilities will include: Completing a wide range of PCB assembly tasks to meet quality and delivery standards Performing rework and modifications on conventional assemblies Building prototypes and providing detailed feedback to improve work instructions Inspecting and verifying product quality to IPC standards Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and preventative maintenance As a PCB Technician, your experience will include: Proven experience in electronics manufacturing (minimum 3 years) Skilled in rework and modifications, ideally with IPC 7711/7721, IPC-A-610, and IPC J-STD-001 certifications (expired certs still valued) Ability to complete prototype builds and provide constructive feedback Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
