PCM Operator
Are you an experienced PCM Operator (Photo Chemical Machining) looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re recruiting for a skilled Photo Chemical Machining professional to join a growing team, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
Set and operate brush cleaning, laminating, photo printing, developing, and etching machines
Prepare metal surfaces and apply photoresist film
Perform break point tests and strip completed parts
Carry out operator-level maintenance on metal preparation equipment
Support other production areas as required
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in photo chemical machining, metal preparation, or etching operations
Comfortable with precision processes involving 2D/3D imaging and surface preparation
Excellent attention to detail and process consistency
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a production environment
