Do you love driving and take pride in helping others succeed? If you’re an experienced PCV Driver or already a qualified PCV Instructor, IntSol Recruitment wants to hear from you! We’re looking for a passionate, patient and professional PCV Instructor / Trainer to join our expanding driver training team.

🚦 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our friendly and supportive training team, you’ll:
* Deliver PCV driver training to individuals and corporate clients.
* Teach both practical driving and theory/CPC modules.
* Conduct driver assessments, providing constructive feedback.
* Prepare learners for DVSA tests with confidence and professionalism.
* Keep detailed training records and progress reports.
* Promote safe, responsible, and customer-focused driving practices.
✅ What You’ll Need
* A full, clean PCV (Category D) licence.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills.
* DVSA Instructor qualification (or the drive to obtain it — we’ll support you).
* A genuine passion for helping others learn.
* A positive attitude and strong focus on road safety.
Previous experience as a bus or coach, would be an advantage, but not essential if you have the right motivation and people skills.
