🏫 The Role
As a PCV Instructor / Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering both theory and practical driving instruction in line with DVSA standards. You’ll guide learners through every stage of the training process — from first lessons to test readiness — ensuring they develop safe, efficient, and professional driving skills.
Key Duties:
* Deliver PCV driver training for new candidates (Category D)
* Conduct mock tests and driver assessments.
* Deliver engaging classroom sessions and on-road instruction.
* Maintain accurate learner progress records and feedback reports.
* Uphold IntSol Recruitment’s commitment to quality and safety.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Full, clean PCV (Category D) driving licence.
* Previous experience as a PCV, Bus, or Coach Driver desirable.
* Strong communication, patience, and people skills.
* Professional approach with attention to detail and road safety awareness.
