Your Impact as a PDI Technician
This role is focused on ensuring every piece of equipment that leaves the Banbury depot is perfect, safe, and ready for work. You will be the final quality checker, directly impacting client satisfaction.
Pre-Delivery Excellence: Carry out detailed pre delivery inspection on a diverse range of plant machinery (diggers, dumpers, telehandlers).
Technical Checks: Perform thorough service checks on fluids, filters, hydraulics, electrics, and essential safety systems.
Yard Management: Act as a skilled Yardman, safely organising, moving, and parking machinery within the Banbury yard.
Setup and Support: Install attachments, perform necessary adjustments, and assist drivers and engineers with machine movements.
Quality Control: Identify and rectify any defects, damage, or missing components to meet strict quality standards.
What You'll Need
We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of mechanics-the industry you gained this experience in does not matter. If you have a passion for machinery and a desire to learn the plant sector, this is the role for you.
