Job Description
M Pro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled PDI Technician to join a well-established automotive team in the Guildford area. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business that values quality workmanship and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new and used vehicles to manufacturer standards
*
Perform basic mechanical and electrical checks, fluid top-ups, and vehicle software updates
*
Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and ready for delivery to customers
*
Identify and report any faults or required repairs to the workshop controller
*
Work efficiently to meet workshop targets and delivery schedules
*
Maintain accurate records of work carried out
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a PDI Technician or Vehicle Technician
*
Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Full UK driving licence is essential
