Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and well-qualified PE Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Derby from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching Physical Education from KS3 through to KS5. The successful candidate will be joining an energetic and committed department that promotes physical health, resilience, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Physical Education or a related subject

QTS or PGCE qualification

Ability to teach PE across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A-Level

Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

Passion for sport, fitness, and student well-being
Salary
The salary for this PE Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract (MPS/UPS), depending on experience.
