Inspire Movement & Well-being in London! Full-Time PE Teacher at Outstanding School (September 2025 Start - KS3, KS4 & KS5)
Are you an energetic and inspiring PE Teacher passionate about promoting physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and the joy of sport in young people? Our Outstanding school in London is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Teacher of Physical Education to join our dynamic and successful department from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the physical literacy, teamwork, and leadership skills of students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE PE & BTEC Sport), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level PE & BTEC Sport) within a supportive and ambitious educational environment.
In this rewarding full-time role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Spark Active Lifestyles: Deliver engaging and diverse PE lessons, introducing students to a wide range of sports, activities, and fitness concepts, fostering a lifelong commitment to physical health.
* Develop Core Skills: Equip students with fundamental movement skills, tactical understanding, and the ability to apply these in various sporting contexts.
* Cultivate Teamwork & Leadership: Promote effective communication, collaboration, and sportsmanship, encouraging students to take on leadership roles within physical activities and school teams.
* Contribute to a Vibrant Department: Join a supportive and innovative PE department that values teamwork, shared best practice, and a collective commitment to student success in both academic and practical PE.
* Thrive in a Diverse Community: Engage with students from a wide range of backgrounds across London, ensuring all students feel confident and included in physical activity, adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.
* Lead Extracurricular Sport: Organise and coach a variety of extracurricular sports clubs and teams, representing the school in local and regional competitions and fostering a strong sporting culture.
* Shape Future Professionals: Play a key role in guiding A-Level and BTEC Sport students towards further study and successful careers in sport science, coaching, teaching, physiotherapy, and other related fields.
We are looking for a passionate and qualified PE Teacher with QTS and expertise across a broad range of sports and activities. A proven ability to deliver inspiring and effective lessons that foster physical development, tactical understanding, and a love for sport is essential, including confidence in teaching academic PE at GCSE and A-Level.
