TeacherActive is working closely with a range of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Bath, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, confident P.E. Teachers to take on supply roles starting from September 2025.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified P.E. Teacher or PGCE graduate to explore different school settings, gain valuable classroom experience, and find your teaching style — all with the flexibility of supply work and support from a dedicated education consultant.
About the Role:
As a supply P.E. Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and inclusive Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of KS5 depending on your background. You’ll also be encouraged to get involved in extracurricular activities and promote active, healthy lifestyles throughout the school.
We’re looking for:
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or PGCE graduates with a P.E. specialism
Confident classroom presence and a genuine enthusiasm for sport and fitness
Flexible, proactive teachers eager to learn and grow
Passionate educators with strong communication and behaviour management skills
Individuals seeking to gain experience before stepping into a longer-term P.E. Teacher role
