Established for over 12 years, Lidder Therapies is now based in a brand-new, purpose-built clinic nestled in a peaceful rural setting just off the A1. We provide a bespoke, high-quality experience for our patients in a space designed to support both clients and clinicians alike.
Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team is made up of passionate professionals with expertise in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, MSK Physiotherapy, Pilates and Acupuncture. We’re committed to continuous development and collaboration—and we’re looking for someone who shares our values and drive for excellence.
About the Role:
This part-time role is ideal for a physiotherapist looking to:
- Further develop their Pelvic Health skills in a thriving private practice.
- Manage a varied and rewarding caseload.
- Be part of a supportive team that prioritises evidence-based care.
- Benefit from regular in-house CPD sessions and peer learning.
You will be responsible for developing and managing your own patient caseload, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to a diverse clientele. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of Urogynaecological, obstetric & post natal pelvic health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Contribute to the clinic’s high standards of patient care and professionalism.
- Participate in team CPD and contribute to clinical discussions.
- Provide occasional holiday or sickness cover as needed
Requirements:
Essential:
- HCPC registered physiotherapist (BSc or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy experience in the UK.
- Evidence of post graduate training in pelvic health
- member of the POGP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with using digital systems and clinic software.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
- Flexibility in working hours and availability.
Desirable (but not essential):
- NHS experience.
- Pilates certification.
