Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Pension Administrator to join our Pensions Administration team. This is a full time, permanent role that is based in our Birmingham office working on a hybrid basis. Join us at a genuinely exciting moment for pension administration within Barnett Waddingham. A snapshot of your day: * Preparing, reviewing and checking complex benefit calculations and member correspondence * Interpreting scheme rules, amendments and technical documentation with confidence * Managing more technical member cases and non‑standard queries * Supporting and guiding less experienced administrators where appropriate * Ensuring member records are accurate and compliant with scheme and legislative requirements * Working to agreed service levels while maintaining high quality standards * Identifying process improvements and contributing to best practice within the team * Supporting and maintaining Information Security procedures in line with Barnett Waddingham policy * Assisting with project work and ad hoc tasks as required We would love to hear from you if you have: * Minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Maths and English are essential. Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC) or progress with other relevant PMI qualifications would be an advantage.
