Job Description
Pensions Administration Consultant – Winchester
Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a skilled Consultant to join our pensions administration team in Winchester.
What you'll be doing:
Managing client relationships and leading delivery of high-quality pension administration services
Reviewing complex calculations and ensuring compliance with legislative and client-specific requirements
Planning and resourcing scheme events effectively
Leading client meetings and identifying opportunities for additional services
Overseeing billing, budgeting and project delivery
Sharing knowledge across the team and wider business
Representing the department at internal and external events
What we're looking for:
APMI or similar professional qualification
Strong experience in DB pensions administration
Excellent technical knowledge of DB schemes
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
Organised, positive and a natural leader
